Abstract
La pandemia del COVID-19 aceleró la adopción de tecnologías de información y comunicación en diversas áreas, incluyendo la educación superior. Las universidades han tenido que adaptarse para mantener su funcionamiento, lo que ha llevado a cambios en cómo se gestionan las relaciones laborales del personal administrativo. El objetivo del estudio fue evaluar el impacto de la implementación de tecnologías de información y comunicación en las relaciones laborales del personal administrativo en una universidad de Lima, Perú, en un contexto postpandemia. El enfoque es cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo, diseño no experimental. Se empleó la técnica de encuesta y como instrumento un cuestionario con 16 preguntas cerradas aplicadas a 75 colaboradores. Los resultados muestran que el personal administrativo se encuentra dispuesto y es positivo respecto a la implementación de tecnologías de información y comunicación. Se concluye que la adopción de estas tecnologías puede mejorar significativamente la cooperación y las relaciones laborales, creando un entorno de trabajo más favorable, optimizar la organización de recursos humanos y fomentar una mejor interacción y colaboración entre el personal.
The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of information and communication technologies in various areas, including higher education. Universities have had to adapt to maintain their operation, which has led to changes in how the labor relations of administrative staff are managed. The objective of the study was to evaluate the impact of the implementation of information and communication technologies on the labor relations of administrative staff at a university in Lima, Peru, in a post-pandemic context. The approach is quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental design. The survey technique was used and as an instrument a questionnaire with 16 closed questions applied to 75 collaborators. The results show that the administrative staff is willing and positive about the implementation of information and communication technologies. It is concluded that the adoption of these technologies can significantly improve cooperation and labor relations, creating a more favorable work environment, optimize the organization of human resources and encourage better interaction and collaboration between staff.
