Abstract
Este trabajo es un estudio de caso descriptivo dentro una metodología cualitativa que tratara del enfoque estructural y terapia centrada en el problema aplicado a la ruptura amorosa realizado a un joven. Donde se describirá el proceso de terapéutico realizado en 8 sesiones divididas entre la exploración del caso y la intervención. En el cual se remarcarán las técnicas utilizadas de la terapia centrada en el problema y los incidentes críticos dentro de las distintas sesiones mediante la técnica de incidentes críticos. En los cuales se verá la diferenciación del problema de una dificultad que trae el joven en el proceso terapéutico, tomando como foco la experiencia amorosa como su principal problemática y la separación de los padres como una dificultad a enfrentar. Por lo tanto este trabajo describirá como el reconocer los errores cometidos dentro la relación de pareja de este chico, la reformulación del concepto de amor y el trabajo en base al funcionamiento del sistema familiar del joven permiten superar la ruptura amorosa. También se demostrará la importancia de adquirir un enfoque familiar dentro una intervención psicoterapéutica que reflejará a la desvinculación emocional a su familia y el reencuadre de su función como hijo dentro del mismo proceso terapéutico. Asimismo se identificaran las limitaciones en el proceso de intervención y las principales recomendaciones alrededor de la temática para la intervención de la ruptura amorosa con la terapia centrada en el problema.
This work is a descriptive case study within a qualitative methodology that will deal with the structural approach and therapy focused on the problem applied to the breakup of a young person. Where the psychoterapy process was 8 sessions divided on the exploration of the case and the intervention. In which the techniques used in the therapy centered on the problem and the critical incidents in the different sessions will be highlighted with the technique of critical incidents. Where the differentiation of the problem from a difficulty will be seen, focusing the love experience as his main problem and the separation of the parents as a difficulty to face. Therefore, this work will describe how to recognize the mistakes made in this boy's couple's relationship, the reformulation of the concept of love and work based on the functioning of the family system to overcome the breakup of love. It will also demonstrate the importance of acquiring a family approach within a psychotherapeutic intervention that will reflect the emotional detachment from his family and the reframing of his role as a child with the same therapeutic process. Also, the limitations in the intervention process and the main recommendations around the theme for the intervention of the love break with the therapy centered on the problem will be identified.
