La investigación en el derecho ambiental: sistematización, reforma, explicación y comprensión

Abstract

Este artículo tiene como objetivo examinar cuatro de los modelos paradigmáticos de investigación en el derecho ambiental. El texto se divide en cuatro partes para cumplir con este objetivo. En la primera examino críticamente el modelo de la sistematización; en la segunda, el de la reforma; en la tercera, el de la explicación, y en la cuarta, el de la comprensión. Este artículo, por tanto, quiere contribuir a entender qué significa investigar en el derecho ambiental. | This article aims to examine four of the paradigmatic models of research in environmental law. The text is divided into four parts to fulfill this objective. In the first I examine critically the systematization model; in the second, that of the reform; in the third, that of explanation, and in the fourth, that of understanding. This article, therefore, wants to contribute to understanding what It means investigating in environmental law.
