Abstract
In this paper is analize the role of Information\nTechnology and Communication (ict) as tools\nthat enable the mass and effectiveness of constitutional\npedagogy �knowledge of fundamental\nrights and the guarantee of these through citizen\nparticipation mechanisms discussed� making\nuse of a dialogue pedagogical model in\nnontraditional areas such as democratic as the\nVirtual Learning Spaces (vls) or social networks,\nthereby seeking a higher level of knowledge and\napplicability of the securities held by democratic\nsocieties.
