El papel de las ONGs en el sistema de la Corte Penal Internacional

Abstract

The International Criminal Court would not exist as it is currently known without NGOs. After promoting its creation and participating decisively in the negotiation of its Statute, NGOs are in third moment of synergy. NGOs play a key role in the functioning of the Criminal Court, which sometimes needs them to carry out its functions. The present research analyzes this relationship in order to detect its deficiencies and to study how to articulate an effective cooperation.
