Abstract

Ante la dinamica socio-politico-economica global en la actualidad, los viejos instrumentos financieros, ya obsoletos, han quedado atras para dar paso a una diferente manera de enfrentar los nuevos retos del mundo de las finanzas. Veremos en este articulo el proceso de innovacion financiera y su importancia en el mundo de los negocios a traves del analisis de su impacto en estos, contando para ello con las experiencias recogidas por el mundo empresarial. Considerado ampliamente el termino innovacion financiera es el acto de crear nuevos instrumentos financieros tales como frescas tecnologias, instituciones y mercados. Es tambien considerada como el producto o procesos de renovacion con innovaciones del producto por medio de modernos contratos derivativos, nuevas seguridades corporativas o distintas formas de productos de inversion concentrada, asi como la puesta en practica de un proceso de mejoras a traves de estos nuevos medios para imprimir seguridad en las transacciones o sus precios. Also the product or processes of renovation with innovations of the product by means of modern derivativos contracts is considered like, new corporative securities or different forms from products of concentrated investment, as well as the putting in practice of a process of improvements through these new means to print security in the transactions or their prices.
