Producción de néctar en flores de Erythrina fusca Lour. (FABACEAE) en relación a dos componentes florales y al tiempo matutino trasncurrido

Abstract

This research was carried out focusing and analyzing nectar production and relating it with the size of two flower components in Erythrina fusca (Fabaceae) in a tropical secondary forest in the southwestern Ecuador. It was also recorded several animals as flowers visitors. Maximum levels of nectar production were between 09:00 am and 12:00 m. Finally, some specific characteristics for young and old flowers were discussed.
