Abstract

The comment summarizes the jurisprudential doctrine of the Court of Defense of the Free Competition on the nature of acts of non-contentious jurisdiction, through which conditions are established for the performance of acts or contracts by economic agents. These are administrative acts that produce binding effects for the subjects and whose non-compliance causes several legal consequences.
