Burnout Analysis From A Three-Dimensional Approach. A Case Of A Mexican University/Analisis Del Burnout Desde Un Enfoque Tridimensional. El Caso De Una Universidad Mexicana.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the association and differences between the dimensions of burnout (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment) in a sample of workers from a Higher Education Institution in the state of Sonora. For this purpose, a descriptive, quantitative and correlational investigation was carried out, applying a non-experimental design. It was found that the personnel of the institution perceived a level of mild burnout by 33.5%. In addition, significant relationships were found between some dimensions of burnout; at the same time, significant differences were obtained between these dimensions.
