Abstract
This study is conducted with the overall objective of determining the relationship of psychosocial risk factors, and environmental traditional hypertension (HT) and identify these factors, through the interpretation of the information obtained by the Health Situation Analysis ( ASIS ) based on clinical, epidemiological and others in the health-disease situation in the parish of the municipality Sale Miranda Merida state, Venezuela applying a methodology descriptive observational cross-sectional, making data analysis through community semiotics. Psychosocial risk factors identified and related to hypertension were low income, unemployment and reduced purchasing power as factors that are closely related to stress and socioeconomic status happens in our country and traditional factors found alcohol consumption, smoking, obesity, sedentary lifestyle, dyslipidemia and comorbid conditions such as diabetes mellitus, as well as the widespread use of pesticides in most crops conducted in the region, relating this with your chronic exposure due to environmental pollution.
