Gestión eficiente desde un Arreglo Productivo Local: experiencia en el sector agropecuario

Abstract

ABSTRACT A case study is described in the Isle of Youth, whose objective was to develop a Local Productive Arrangement scheme as an efficient management method to improve the performance of the articulating agents. A methodology with adaptations was taken as a basis, among its components are described the barriers, Local Productive Arrangement scheme, the identification of innovations and the performance of the actors. Several techniques and instruments were used among them; interviews, surveys and brainstorming for the validation of results. As a result, a work tool is obtained where the articulation between local actors is positive in the current conditions, due to the methodological foundation and its implementation demonstrates favorable results in the agricultural sector as a key factor for the generation, generation, diffusion and use of the knowledge in the municipality.
