Desarrollo, igualdad, política económica y cambio estructural. Una aproximación a la propuesta neoestructuralista
Abstract
The perspective that one has about development affects both its definition and
its evaluation. In other words, the way in which development is conceived
will determine what is meant by being developed, how to be developed
and it will give an account of the relevant criteria in order to measure the
performance of any economy on that subject. In this context, this article aims
at building an approach to the concept of development through a review of
the literature that links development with equal rights and opportunities,
economic policy and structural change.
