LA IDENTIDAD PROFESIONAL PEDAGÓGICA DEL INSTRUCTOR DE ARTE DESDE LA ORIENTACIÓN PROFESIONAL

Abstract

Starting from the remarkable importance that the development of the pedagogic professional identity in the Art Instructor's formation, the scarce work of professional orientation in the different educational levels, the marked preference to be artists and not art educators as well as the fundamental task of forming audiences, this work is aimed at socializing experiences with the design of pedagogic reflection workshops through the subject of Theory and Methodology of the Artistic Education I that contribute to the development of the pedagogic professional identity. With the application of diverse theoretical and empiric methods such as document analysis, the triangulation of bibliographical sources, participant observation and other methods, different results were obtained and described together with the foundations related to motivation, as a decisive factor of professional orientation for the development of the pedagogic professional identity. The results of the implementation of the workshops with a group of first year students of the Art Instructor Bachelor’s Degree are also presented.
