Abstract
En el panorama de la globalización, la educación se ha situado en el espacio de las prioridades políticas, la modernización educativa a partir de la calidad se ha constituido en una situación inevitable y necesaria. El presente artículo a través de la utilización de la metodología de la educación comparada, aborda el tema de calidad desde la mirada de cuatro países, sus concepciones filosóficas, sus tendencias concebidas a partir del capital o a partir de la calidad como proceso de transformación más que de buena o mala educación.
In the scenario of globalization, educati on has been at the space of the political priorities, educati onal modernization since the quality has become an inevitable and necessary situation. This article through the use of the methodology of comparative education, addresses the issue of quality from the perspective of four countries, their philosophical, their capital conceived from trends or from the quality and process of transformati on rather than good or bad educati on.
