Abstract
La investigación es muy importante para enfrentar cada nuevo día los fenómenos socio-jurídicos en la realidad boliviana, también los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho de la UMSA optan por elegir como modalidad de titulación, el Examen de Grado o el Trabajo Dirigido, empero no son formados para la confección de Investigaciones aplicadas y existen escasas Tesis como escrituras de investigación científica. Este fenómeno no es casual, ya que el estudiante opta por conveniencia un sistema más rápido y económico en su titulación, también, en nuestra realidad, las tesis escritas por los postulantes conllevan un cronograma establecido, adquisición de libros respecto al tema a investigar, materiales para su presentación, designación de un tutor y un presupuesto económico para cada etapa de investigación, y una vez que llegan a la presentación de la Tesis y esta es defendida no es puesta en la práctica y no es utilizada como referente para su aplicación en Políticas Publicas.
