Abstract
El ensayo resalta heurísticas y sesgos cognitivos en las políticas públicas de China, Perú y Bolivia durante la pandemia Covid-19 (los países han sido seleccionados por su relevancia en datos de muertes acumuladas por millón), el mismo analiza evidencia cronológica de los acontecimientos políticos centrados en el virus SARS-COV-2. Se obtiene menor cantidad de sesgos en políticas públicas, de países que toman en cuenta protocolos con evidencia científica, sin excluir el contexto social.
The trial highlights heuristics and cognitive biases in the public policies of China, Peru and Bolivia during the Covid-19 pandemic (the countries have been selected for their relevance in cumulative deaths per million data). The trial analyses chronological evidence of political events focused on the SARS-COV-2 virus. Less public policy bias is obtained from countries that take into account protocols with scientific evidence, without excluding the social context.
