Abstract
El artículo analiza la accesibilidad, aceptabilidad y adaptabilidad de la educación superior en el Decreto Supremo 4260 de regulación de la atención educativa y su reglamentación durante la pandemia en Bolivia (marzo a julio de 2020), desde un enfoque cualitativo. Se observa que la política pública para la formación superior universitaria, dentro de las dimensiones del derecho a la educación debe priorizar la accesibilidad y evitar la reproducción de desigualdades sociales.
The article analyzes the accessibility, acceptability and adaptability of Higher Education within the Supreme Decree 4260 of regulation of educational attention and its regulation during the Pandemic in Bolivia (March to July 2020) from a qualitative approach. It is observed that public policy for Higher University Education within the dimensions of the right to education should prioritize accessibility and avoid the reproduction of social inequalities.
