Abstract
Las Tecnologías de la información y comunicación, en particular la red Internet como herramienta aplicada al campo de la salud y particularmente al proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje han cobrado una gran importancia en virtud de las grandes bondades que presenta tanto en pregrado como postgrado. En la enseñanza de pregrado tiene gran importancia que esta herramienta sea utilizada cada vez más por parte del estudiantado en varias universidades a nivel mundial ya que permite que el estudiante busque información de manera independiente rompiendo de esta manera viejos paradigmas pedagógicos. Sin embargo, en los últimos años se ha considera al Internet como una herramienta valiosa en el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje. En este sentido, con la actual pandemia de la covid-19, esta valiosa herramienta ha cobrado importancia pero de manera casi desordenada en la implementación de varias plataformas universitarias y los docentes especialmente del área de la salud han tenido que innovar ideas para realizar sus asignaturas que en el área de la salud hasta hace una década era una utopía la implementación en asignaturas clínicas.

In undergraduate teaching, it is of great importance that this tool may be used more and more by students in various universities worldwide since it allows them to search for information independently, considering that its usage breaks oíd pedagogical paradigms. In recent years the Internet has been recognized as a valuable tool in the teaching and learning process. However, with the current covid-19 pandemic, this valuable tool has emerged in an almost disorderly way for its implementation in various university platforms and by professors especially in the health área. Professors had to innóvate ideas to carry out their subjects that in the área of Health the Internet implementation in clinical subjects was a utopia until a decade ago.
