Abstract
Primary Vasculitis (VP), throughout its evolution may present various ocular manifestations. Sclera involvement, known as scleritis is an uncommon condition. We present the case of a patient with a history of Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA) who consulted for red eye, increased volume and intense pain in the right eye, being diagnosed with anterior scleritis, whose evolution was favorable thanks to early diagnosis and treatment.
