Violencia contra la mujer, contruyendo su dignidad. Lo jurídico, psicológico y laboral

Abstract

RESUMEN: La violencia contra la mujer es un problema que toca los puntos más álgidos de las estructuras de salud pública y de derechos humanos, las causas y sus efectos son de alto impacto, el perfil de las mujeres que la padecen queda aún indiferenciado, se ha identificado y reconocido en las mujeres que la han vivido comparten un rasgo principal: su dignidad ha sido impactada, por ello se requiere desactivar la violencia y que las consecuencias no terminen de minar la valía de quien la vivió, para ello se propone fortalecer el área laboral como un camino para robustecer en cada mujer el valor y la defensa de sí misma y de sus derechos y con ello vigorizar la dignidad. Reforzar el área laboral le permite a las mujeres apartarse de la vulnerabilidad que le ha causado la violencia, ya que al empoderarse de sí misma asegura el no retorno a ninguna de las formas de violencia.ABSTRACT: Violence against women is a problem that touches the most critical points of public health and human rights structures, the causes and its effects are of high impact, the profile of the women who suffer it remains undifferentiated, it has been identified and recognized in the women who have lived it share a main feature: their dignity has been impacted, for this reason it is necessary to deactivate the violence and that the consequences do not end up undermining the worth of who lived it, for this it is proposed to strengthen the labor area as a way to strengthen in each woman the value and defense of herself and her rights and thereby invigorate dignity.
