Patrimonio arqueológico como recurso didáctico para la enseñanza de las ciencias sociales: Revisión sistemática

Abstract
Los hallazgos arqueológicos pueden convertirse en excelentes recursos didácticos en el aula de clases. El objetivo fue evaluar la efectividad del patrimonio arqueológico como recurso didáctico y el aprendizaje de las ciencias sociales. Se ejecutó una revisión sistemática con el método Prisma. Se analizaron artículos publicados en las bases de datos Scopus, Scielo, Ebsco, ProQuest y el motor de búsqueda Google Académico, usando la ecuación de búsqueda "Patrimonio arqueológico OR restos arqueológicos AND Recurso didáctico OR herramienta didáctica AND Enseñanza de las ciencias sociales OR Ciencias sociales". Se seleccionaron 10 artículos por cumplir con los criterios de inclusión: trabajos disponibles de acceso abierto; en idioma español o inglés y con aportes significativos al análisis y que respondieran a las preguntas formuladas de investigación. Las investigaciones examinadas coinciden consistentemente en declarar el potencial de la enseñanza de la arqueología como medio para adquirir conocimientos sobre el patrimonio arqueológico y la historia.
Archaeological findings can become excellent didactic resources in the classroom. The objective was to evaluate the effectiveness of archaeological heritage as a didactic resource and the learning of social sciences. A systematic review was carried out using the Prisma method. Articles published in the databases Scopus, Scielo, Ebsco, ProQuest and the search engine Google Scholar were analyzed, using the search equation "Archaeological heritage OR archaeological remains AND Didactic resource OR didactic tool AND Teaching of social sciences OR Social sciences OR Social sciences". Ten articles were selected because they met the inclusion criteria: works available in open access; in Spanish or English language and with significant contributions to the analysis and that responded to the formulated research questions.
