Gestión educativa y calidad de servicio en instituciones públicas de Lima metropolitana

Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la gestión educativa y la calidad de servicio en instituciones públicas de Lima Metropolitana. El enfoque fue cuantitativo de alcance descriptivo-correlacional, la muestra estuvo conformada por 93 docentes de 3 instituciones educativas en Lima Metropolitana. A este grupo se le aplicaron dos cuestionarios: uno para medir la percepción sobre la gestión educativa y otro para la calidad de servicio. En función de los resultados, para la calidad de servicio, un 14,0% de los participantes calificó esta calidad como baja, el 61,3% como regular y el 24,7% como alta. Sobre la gestión educativa, se indicó que el 21.5% consideró que era mala, el 37.6%, regular y el 40.9%, buena. El estudio concluyó que existe relación entre la gestión educativa y la calidad de servicio (rho= ,568; p = ,000).
The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between educational management and service quality in public institutions in Metropolitan Lima. Two questionnaires were applied to this group: one to measure the perception of educational management and another for service quality.
