Abstract

To structure the process, the updated PRISMA guide was used, considering 10 studies that met the inclusion criteria. The results highlight several key challenges: teacher training in technologies to improve learning; the inclusion of students with special needs due to inadequate implementation of policies; a comprehensive approach is required to manage disruptive behaviors and transform assessments towards a more sensitive model focused on the comprehensive development of children. It is concluded that leaders must prioritize these areas to strengthen educational quality and equity in the region.
