Abstract
The research entitled Circular economy in the sustainable growth of entrepreneurial graduates of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of the National University of Callao, 2024 aimed to determine the relationship between the circular economy and the sustainable growth of these graduates. Questionnaires with an ordinal Likert scale were used for both variables, which were validated for reliability and validity. The study used the hypothetico-deductive method, with a basic approach, non- experimental design and correlational level. The census population included 25 graduates, applying surveys as a data collection technique, whose reliability was tested using Cronbach's Alpha. The results indicated that the bilateral significance value (p = 0.374) exceeded the significance level (α = 0.05), so the null hypothesis was not rejected, concluding that there is insufficient statistical evidence to affirm a significant relationship between circular economy and sustainable growth.
