Percepción estudiantil del capital intelectual y su influencia en la gestión del conocimiento docente

Abstract
El capital intelectual es un activo intangible clave en las instituciones educativas, ya que potencia la generación, difusión y aplicación del conocimiento. Su relación con la gestión del conocimiento es fundamental para mejorar la calidad educativa y la innovación docente. En este contexto, el estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia del capital intelectual en la gestión del conocimiento docente desde la perspectiva de los estudiantes universitarios de una escuela profesional de educación inicial en Apurímac durante el 2024. Se analizó si esta influencia se mantiene en sus dimensiones: creación, captura, renovación, distribución y utilización del conocimiento. La investigación adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental y transversal, con alcance explicativo. Se aplicó una encuesta con escala tipo Likert, utilizando dos instrumentos: uno de 21 ítems sobre capital intelectual (capital humano, interno y externo) y otro de 40 ítems sobre gestión del conocimiento. A través de análisis descriptivos e inferenciales, se empleó regresión logística ordinal para evaluar la relación entre las variables. Los hallazgos evidenciaron una influencia significativa del capital intelectual institucional sobre la gestión del conocimiento docente y sus dimensiones.
Intellectual capital is a key intangible asset in educational institutions, since it enhances the generation, dissemination and application of knowledge. Its relationship with knowledge management is fundamental to improve educational quality and teaching innovation. In this context, the study aimed to determine the influence of intellectual capital on teacher knowledge management from the perspective of university students of a professional school of initial education in Apurimac during 2024. It was analyzed whether this influence is maintained in its dimensions: creation, capture, renewal, distribution and use of knowledge. The research adopted a quantitative approach, non-experimental and cross-sectional design, with explanatory scope. A survey with a Likert-type scale was applied, using two instruments: one with 21 items on intellectual capital (human, internal and external capital) and the other with 40 items on knowledge management. Through descriptive and inferential analyses, ordinal logistic regression was used to evaluate the relationship between the variables. The findings showed a significant influence of institutional intellectual capital on teacher knowledge management and its dimensions.
