El neuroaprendizaje en la formación profesional del estudiante de educación inicial

Abstract
En la actualidad el neuroaprendizaje emerge, cada vez más, como un campo relevante en la formación profesional debido a lo importante que son los procesos cognitivos y funciones ejecutivas del cerebro para la optimización del aprendizaje. El estudio tuvo como objetivo explorar la relevancia del neuroaprendizaje en la formación profesional del estudiante de educación inicial. La investigación adopta un enfoque cualitativo, a través del método fenomenológico, junto con la aplicación de encuestas a 208 estudiantes y entrevistas a 6 docentes. Los datos fueron procesados con el programa Atlas.Ti. Los hallazgos demostraron que el neuroaprendizaje proporciona herramientas valiosas que mejoran la calidad educativa y favorecen el desarrollo integral de los estudiantes. Se concluye que, el neuroaprendizaje emerge como un componente esencial en la formación profesional del estudiante de educación inicial, al ofrecer un marco sólido para comprender y optimizar los procesos de aprendizaje en la primera infancia.
Currently, neurolearning is increasingly emerging as a relevant field in vocational training given the importance of cognitive processes and executive functions of the brain for optimizing learning.
