Actividades lúdicas para el desarrollo socioemocional y del aprendizaje en los estudiantes: Revisión sistemática

Abstract
Las actividades lúdicas son una herramienta ideal para el desarrollo socioemocional de los estudiantes. El objetivo fue analizar las actividades lúdicas como estrategia pedagógica para el desarrollo de la habilidad socioemocional y del aprendizaje en los estudiantes. Se implementó una revisión sistemática aplicando el método PRISMA. La búsqueda se realizó empleando las variables "desarrollo socioemocional" "actividades lúdicas" "Estrategia pedagógica" utilizando en las ecuaciones los booleanos AND y OR. Se analizaron 471 artículos de revistas indexadas en las bases de datos SCIELO, REDALYC y DIALNET. Los criterios de inclusión fueron: artículos entre 2018-2023, en inglés, español y portugués; de fácil acceso, con resultados adecuados y coherentes con pertinencia en el tema de estudio, incluyéndose 13 investigaciones para la revisión. Se concluye que a través de actividades lúdicas los estudiantes aprenden a expresar y regular sus emociones, construir relaciones positivas y adquieren habilidades de autocontrol, beneficiando su aprendizaje.

The objective was to analyze recreational activities as a pedagogical strategy for the development of socio-emotional and learning skills in students.
