Ciencias jurídicas en la era digital: revisión sistemática sobre innovaciones y desafíos legales actuales

Abstract

Las tecnologías digitales en el ámbito jurídico han tenido un creciente impacto, donde la transformación digital redefine prácticas, normativas y la enseñanza del derecho. El objetivo es analizar el impacto de la inteligencia artificial, blockchain y big data en las ciencias jurídicas, para identificar desafíos legales y proponiendo recomendaciones para la actualización normativa y la formación profesional en Derecho digital. Para ello, se emplea una metodología de revisión sistemática siguiendo el protocolo PRISMA, que incluye la búsqueda, selección y análisis crítico de Artículos científicos en idioma español, inglés y portugués entre 2015-2025 en bases de datos web science, Scopus y scielo. Los resultados evidencian tendencias en la digitalización de procesos jurídicos, la incorporación de herramientas como inteligencia artificial y blockchain, y los retos en materia de protección de datos, ética, regulación y derechos digitales. Finalmente, se concluye que la era digital exige una actualización normativa integral y multidisciplinaria, así como la formación de juristas competentes en tecnologías emergentes, para garantizar un ejercicio del derecho efectivo, ético y adaptado a las nuevas realidades sociales y tecnológicas.Digital technologies in the legal sphere have had a growing impact, where digital transformation redefines practices, regulations and the enseñanza of law. The objective is to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence, blockchain and big data on legal sciences, to identify legal challenges and propose recommendations for normative updating and professional training in digital law. For this purpose, a systematic review methodology is implemented following the PRISMA protocol, which includes the search, selection and critical analysis of scientific articles in Spanish, English and Portuguese between 2015-2025 in web science, Scopus and science databases. The results highlight trends in the digitalization of legal processes, the incorporation of tools such as artificial intelligence and blockchain, and challenges in terms of data protection, ethics, regulation and digital rights. Finally, it is concluded that the digital era requires an integral and multidisciplinary normative update, as well as the training of competent jurists in emerging technologies, to guarantee the exercise of effective, ethical and adapted rights to new social and technological realities.
