Abstract
El emprendedorismo ha surgido con el propósito de mejorar el enfoque de las creaciones empresariales, promoviendo habilidades relevantes que influyen en el desarrollo personal y profesional de los estudiantes. El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar los aspectos del emprendimiento que contribuyen a la educación, generando mayor innovación y crecimiento. Se realizó una revisión sistemática utilizando bases de datos como EbscoHost, Google Scholar y ProQuest. El análisis se basó en 14 artículos publicados entre 2020 y 2024. Como resultado, se comprende que el emprendedorismo es un pilar de la educación, ya que permite la formación integral de los estudiantes mediante el desarrollo de habilidades emprendedoras, técnicas y competencias interpersonales, así como la innovación. Estas habilidades son sustanciales en el ámbito laboral. La integración del emprendedorismo en la educación fomenta la creación de nuevas oportunidades y el crecimiento sostenible.
