Retos para el aprendizaje autodirigido en la educación de adultos: una revisión sistemática

Abstract
El aprendizaje autodirigido es una posibilidad concreta para que el adulto aprenda y/o continúe aprendiendo, sin que la edad sea una limitación. Fue un estudio de revisión sistemática se integraron trabajos publicados entre 2014-2023; se buscó en Scopus, Ebsco y WOS; los hallazgos se organizaron en Excel y se clasificaron según autor/año, título, base de datos, metodología y aporte. El objetivo fue analizar las investigaciones sobre aprendizaje autodirigido en la educación de adultos e identificar las propuestas que han aplicado hasta la actualidad para alcanzar dicho fin. Se empló la metodología PRISMA, registrándose 910 estudios y se incluyeron 20 artículos de texto completo en inglés y español. Se concluyó que el aprendizaje autodirigido es una opción para que el adulto siga aprendiendo a pesar de sus restricciones y las propuestas mediadas por la tecnología y el internet son variadas en función de cada necesidad.
