Sobrecarga laboral e inteligencia artificial en docentes: revisión sistemática

Abstract
El desarrollo de la tecnología contribuye a la reducción de la sobrecarga en el entorno laboral. Este artículo se sustenta en el enfoque PRISMA y tiene el objetivo de sintetizar la evidencia científica sobre cómo la IA puede mitigar la carga laboral y el burnout en el profesorado. Se realiza una búsqueda en bases de datos académicas reconocidas, seleccionando inicialmente 131 artículos. Tras aplicar criterios de inclusión relacionados con estudios en español o inglés publicados en los últimos años con enfoque en docentes y uso de IA, y excluir estudios con baja calidad metodológica o sin resultados claros, se incluyen 10 estudios para análisis. Los resultados indican que la IA contribuye a reducir tareas administrativas, optimizar la planificación y personalizar la enseñanza, lo que disminuye el estrés y mejora la satisfacción laboral. Se concluye que la integración responsable de herramientas de IA es una estrategia que reduce la sobrecarga laboral.
The development of technology contributes to reducing overload in the work environment. This article is based on the PRISMA approach and aims to synthesize scientific evidence on how AI can mitigate workload and burnout among teachers. A search was conducted in recognized academic databases, initially selecting 131 articles. After applying inclusion criteria related to studies in Spanish or English published in recent years focusing on teachers and AI use, and excluding studies with low methodological quality or unclear results, 10 studies were included for analysis. The results indicate that AI helps reduce administrative tasks, optimize planning, and personalize teaching, which decreases stress and improves job satisfaction. The conclusions state that the responsible integration of AI tools is a strategy that reduces work overload.
