Abstract
En el ámbito educativo, comprender el vínculo entre el liderazgo escolar y la motivación docente es fundamental para mejorar el desempeño institucional. El propósito del estudio es analizar la relación entre el liderazgo directivo y la motivación del profesorado en escuelas primarias de la ciudad de Quillabamba, Cusco, Perú, durante el año 2024. La investigación adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, transversal. Se contó con la participación de 58 docentes, seleccionados mediante un muestreo no probabilístico de tipo intencional. Se aplicaron encuestas validadas, y los datos fueron analizados mediante el coeficiente Rho de Spearman. Los resultados mostraron una correlación positiva y significativa (Rho = 0.742; p < 0.01), indicando que un liderazgo directivo eficaz se asocia con mayores niveles de motivación docente. En conclusión, el liderazgo que promueve metas claras, acompañamiento pedagógico y participación activa contribuye a mejorar el compromiso del profesorado, favoreciendo tanto su desempeño como el clima de aprendizaje escolar.
In the educational field, understanding the link between school leadership and teacher motivation is essential to improving institutional performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between school leadership and teacher motivation in primary schools in the city of Quillabamba, Cusco, Peru, during the year 2024.
