Abstract
El estudio tiene como objetivo analizar el rol de la participación ciudadana de las universidades en la construcción de políticas públicas. Se realizó una revisión sistemática siguiendo el método PRISMA, abarcando estudios publicados entre 2020 y 2024 en bases de datos como Scopus, WoS y Google Académico. El enfoque fue cualitativo, revisando 26 artículos que exploran la relación entre universidades y gobiernos en la formulación de políticas públicas. Los resultados destacan que, aunque los estudiantes universitarios disponen de herramientas digitales y espacios para la participación, su implicación en la creación de políticas es limitada debido a factores como la falta de motivación y de tiempo. Se concluye que las universidades juegan un rol importante en el fomento de la participación cívica, pero se requiere una mayor integración entre la formación universitaria y la acción política efectiva para mejorar el impacto en la gobernanza democrática.
