Abstract
El estudio analizó el impacto del uso de la inteligencia artificial en el desarrollo de las habilidades investigativas en docentes universitarios. Se realizó una investigación aplicada con enfoque mixto y diseño de triangulación concurrente, combinando un enfoque cuasiexperimental cuantitativo y un enfoque fenomenológico cualitativo. Se emplearon una encuesta y una entrevista semiestructurada con instrumentos validados y confiables, aplicados a 62 docentes distribuidos equitativamente en grupos control y experimental. Los resultados del pretest (U de Mann-Whitney = 446.000; p = 0.627) indicaron que no había diferencias significativas entre los grupos. Sin embargo, el postest mostró un cambio significativo (p < 0.05), lo que evidencia el impacto positivo de la inteligencia artificial en el desarrollo de habilidades investigativas. Se concluye que su integración fortalece la calidad educativa y contribuye al Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible 4.
