Planeamiento estratégico y gestión administrativa en municipalidad de Huancabamba
Abstract
Esta investigación no experimental con diseño correlacional-transversal analizó la relación entre planeamiento estratégico y gestión administrativa en una municipalidad de Huancabamba, Perú. Se trabajó con censo poblacional de 66 trabajadores utilizando cuestionarios validados por expertos con alta confiabilidad (α > 0.92). El análisis mediante correlación de Spearman reveló ausencia de relación estadísticamente significativa entre las variables (r = -0.081, p = 0.518). Los hallazgos desafían paradigmas establecidos sobre la influencia automática del planeamiento estratégico en la gestión administrativa, sugiriendo que factores contextuales, culturales y operativos pueden ser más determinantes en el desempeño administrativo municipal que la mera existencia de planes estratégicos formales.
This non-experimental research with correlational-cross-sectional design analyzed the relationship between strategic planning and administrative management in a municipality of Huancabamba, Peru. Spearman correlation analysis revealed no statistically significant relationship between variables (r = -0.081, p = 0.518).
